I’ve spent the last half an hour bopping on my computer chair to the strains of brand new electro outfit Xeon Freq - I did vocals on three of their tracks a while back and two of them are on their MySpace.

Yesterday was mostly spent at the helm:
But there was also time to meet up with Viviane and her friend for a lovely cuppa on Peckham Rye and attend a posh preview screening of Forgetting Sarah Marshall, which was vastly more hilarious than I expected and even made me like Russell Brand - wow. Another movie from the Judd Apatow stable, I thought it was more on a par with Superbad (which I also loved) than Knocked Up (which was only okay, and has a questionable moral stance), and I really did laugh until my sides hurt.
My favourite quote comes from Brand’s character, a rock star who the hotel waiter is trying to encourage to listen to his demo CD. Upon being asked if he’s managed to listen yet, he says “I was going to, but then I carried on living my life”. Brilliant.
